Get your new digital frame displaying your favorite memories in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Download the Wallie App

First, download the Wallie app to get started:

Get the Wallie app from the App Store or Google Play. The app will guide you through the entire setup process.

Connect your Wallie frame to power using the included USB-C cable. The frame will power on automatically and display the setup screen.

⚡ Charging takes 2-3 hours for full battery

Open the Wallie app and follow the pairing instructions. Your phone and frame will connect wirelessly over your Wi-Fi network.

📶 Requires Wi-Fi connection

Select photos from your camera roll, create albums, or connect to cloud services. Photos are automatically optimized for the e-ink display.

🖼️ Supports JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats

Mount your Wallie anywhere using the included mounting hardware. Once hung, your frame will run for up to a year on a single charge.

🔋 Up to 1 year battery life before recharging

If your frame isn't connecting, make sure both your phone and frame are on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Wallie doesn't support 5GHz networks.

If your Wallie becomes unresponsive, hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset. This will restart the frame and clear any temporary issues.

For best results, use high-resolution photos. The app will automatically optimize them for e-ink display.

Your Wallie frame can run up to a year on a single charge. Battery life depends on how often photos change.
